No, tokens are settlement tokens, which can be considered digital coupons. These tokens are used only for payments in the ecosystem. Tokens in the X11 system cannot be traded. Users can buy tokens from X11 partners and convert them to local currency.

How do I know that the Service Provider is not a scammer?

Service Providers can choose to register with X11 Notary Service and then the counterparty has been vetted and can be trusted. Not all service providers or sellers choose to use X11 Notary Service if they wish to stay anonymous.

How do I get my X11 Tokens back to Rands?

X11 Ambassadors can help you with that. Money can be transferred to your Bank Account. X11 Company holds the equivalent amount of Rands in their escrow account, and there are X11 Tokens in circulation.

Can someone steal my X11 Tokens?

No, X11 tokens are recorded in Blockchain, and only the person with the Backup account key can access the X11 Wallet. If you give the Key to someone else, that person can move your Tokens away from your X11 Wallet. Don’t share the account backup keys with anyone.

If I make a Smart Contract with a person and the other party is not performing, will X11 enforce the contract?

No, X11 provides a tamper-free digital contract, which will be your evidence when you report this issue to legal enforcement.

How do I know the X11 Ambassador is a legitimate authorized representative of X11.fi?

Every Ambassador will carry X11 ID card which has a QR code that you can scan with your mobile phone, and it connects you to X11 Ambassador Data Base where you can see the name and photo of the Authorized X11 Ambassador.

If I buy X11 Settlement Tokens from the Ambassador, how do I know I get the X11 tokens?

You will receive the X11 Tokens in your X11 App Wallet within seconds, so you will still be face-to-face with the Ambassador when the tokens arrive.
